OPEN RECORDS REQUEST:
This is an official request for information under the United States "Freedom of Information Act" (5 U.S.C. 552) , the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. 552a) and Chapter 552 0f the State of Texas Government Code(The "Public Information Act").
All field notes, logs, videos and photos regarding traffic tickets, stops and warnings given along East SH-Loop- 820 between Spur 303 (aka Rosedale/Pioneer Pkwy.) and IH-20. Said records for the dates of 05-01-2008 to 01-13-2008 inclusive. Information to include race, ethnicity and gender of citizen stopped.
